About
Who is behind Xevzaxoruli
Who is behind Xevzaxoruli? A registered UK company that makes rule-based trading software. This page says what we do, what we do not, and how we are paid.
Our mission and method
Our aim is modest: to give you a tool that does exactly what you tell it, and to be honest about what that does and does not mean. We write plainly, we show our costs, and we put the risk first rather than last.
Our method is to keep the software simple. You set the rules and a ceiling on risk. The software follows them. Everything beyond that is your decision.
What the Xevzaxoruli software actually is
It is rule-based trading software. It reads rules you write, compares them with market prices and sends orders to an executing broker when the rules are met. It has a halt control that stops new orders at once.
It is not a broker, not an adviser and not an investment fund. It does not find opportunities for you, and it does not promise any result. The review goes through it in more detail.
Who is behind Xevzaxoruli: the company
Xevzaxoruli is published by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can check the entry at Companies House.
We have not recorded a date on which our own staff last checked that entry, and we would rather say so than pretend. The registry is the source, not this page.
Where your money sits
With the executing broker, never with us. We cannot receive, hold or move your funds. Your broker will tell you how it holds client money.
Opening an account with the broker needs a deposit from $250 AUD (or £250 GBP / €250 EUR / $250 CAD / $250 NZD / $250 SGD). That money is yours and it is at risk.
How we make money
Xevzaxoruli is a software vendor and marketing affiliate. We receive rebates and referral fees from partner brokers. We are paid when people we introduce open accounts and trade.
This gives us a reason to want you to register, and you should weigh our words with that in mind. It is why we publish the cost table, the risk disclosure and a review that admits it is not independent. Ask any broker whether a rebate affects what you pay.
What we do not do
- We do not hold, receive or move your money.
- We do not give investment, tax or legal advice.
- We do not promise results, or show you results as if they were a promise.
- We do not call you out of the blue asking for a deposit, or ask for your passwords.
How we think about trust
Trust is earned by being checkable. So we give you a company number, a registry link, a list of official domains and a way to complain. We ask you to verify, not believe. Read our risk disclosure before anything else.
We also publish the broker’s own loss figure next to its name, with a link to where the broker says it, so you can compare our words with its numbers. If the two ever disagree, trust the broker’s page and tell us.
When something goes wrong
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days. For help with the site, email [email protected] during 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (24/5). The contact page has the detail, including how to report a fake site.
Partner brokers
This is the executing broker that holds your money. Check its licence on the regulator’s own register before you deposit. The loss figure is the broker’s own, shown with its source.
