This website is run by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, company number 14209581, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company and “the site” means Xevzaxoruli at xevzaxoruli.co.uk. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Xevzaxoruli is rule-based trading software. We are a software vendor and a marketing affiliate. We are not a broker, we do not hold your money, we do not execute trades for you and we do not give advice. Where an executing broker is named, we may receive rebates and referral fees from it, as explained in how we make money.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Availability depends on where you are, and access is restricted in some countries. Where trading is offered it is only through an executing broker licensed for your country. You must not use the site if the law where you live does not allow it, and you must not try to get around any restriction.

Registering your interest is free and nothing is charged by us. It does not open a trading account. The executing broker may contact you, and opening an account is a separate agreement between you and that broker, with its own terms and a deposit.

Everything on the site is general information. Trading forex, CFDs and crypto carries a high risk of losing money, including all of it. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past performance and simulations are not a guide to the future.

We make no promise about results, availability or accuracy. Simulations and calculators are illustrative. Please read the Risk Disclosure before you act on anything you see here.

You agree not to submit false or someone else’s details, not to send automated or repeated submissions, not to probe or attack the site, and not to copy it in a way that misleads people into thinking they are dealing with us. If you find a fake site using our name, tell us at [email protected].

Keep your own details accurate, and tell us if they change. You are responsible for anything you do with the information on the site, and for checking that a broker is licensed for your country before you rely on it.

The text, design and software on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it and share links to it, but you may not copy it for another site. The site links to other websites, such as the Companies House register. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for trading losses, for loss of profit or for indirect loss, and our total liability for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free site is nothing. The site is provided as it is, and it may be unavailable from time to time.

We may change these terms, and the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you may also have rights to use the courts where you live.

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to remove your details from the list by writing to [email protected]. We may block access, remove entries or close the list if someone breaks these terms, if the law requires it, or if we decide to stop offering the service. Clauses that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability, intellectual property and governing law, continue after that.

If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
