Xevzaxoruli support: how to reach us, what to expect, how to complain, and how to report a fake site using our name.
Before you write
Please check the questions on the home page first, because many answers are there. If you still need us, tell us what you were doing and what you expected, and leave out passwords and card numbers. We will never ask for them.
Xevzaxoruli support and hours
Email [email protected]. Support is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (24/5). Outside those hours we reply when we are next open. Most questions about how the software works are answered on the review page, and questions about signing up on the registration page.
How to complain
Email [email protected]. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days, and tell you who is handling it. If you are not happy with our answer, say so and we will look again. Complaints about a broker should go to that broker first.
If we get something wrong, we want to hear it, in plain words, with the dates and any messages you have kept. That helps us fix the cause and not only the case.

How to report a fake website or fraud
If someone contacts you using our name, or you find a site that copies ours, do not pay or share details. Our official domains are:

Send the address, a screenshot and any message you received to [email protected]. You can also report fraud to your bank and to the police in your country.
