Risk Disclosure
Trading is risky and most of this page is about how. Read it before you give anyone your details or your money.
The short version
Trading forex, CFDs and crypto carries a high risk of losing money, including all of it. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past performance and simulations are not a guide to the future.
Xevzaxoruli is rule-based trading software offered by Quantum Software Technologies Ltd. It is not a broker, does not hold your money and does not give advice. Nothing on this site is a promise that you will make money. You can lose all of what you trade, and in some products more than you put in.
The risks of forex, CFDs and crypto
Prices move fast
Currency, index, commodity and crypto prices can change within seconds. News, thin markets and weekends can move a price far from where you expected. A stop order is an instruction, not a promise: in a fast market it can fill at a worse price.
Leverage cuts both ways
Leverage lets you control a position larger than the money you put up. A small price move then becomes a large gain or a large loss measured against your deposit. The more leverage you use, the faster a loss can reach your whole balance.
You can lose everything
Losing all the money in your trading account is a normal, expected outcome for many people, not a freak event. Depending on the broker and your country, you may be protected from owing more than you deposited. That protection depends on the broker, so check it before you deposit, and do not assume it exists.
Crypto has its own risks
Crypto assets can be extremely volatile, can lose nearly all their value, and may be traded on venues with little oversight. Rules differ between countries, and some products are restricted for retail clients.
Loss rates
Regulators in several places require brokers to publish the percentage of their retail client accounts that lose money when trading CFDs. That figure is a useful reality check, and you should read it for any broker before you open an account.
The broker listed on this site is IG Markets Limited. It publishes that 70% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading spread bets and CFDs with this provider. We took that figure from the broker’s own UK site on 2026-11-05. Figures change, so read the current one there before you open an account. We do not estimate figures ourselves, and we do not offer crypto CFDs through this broker.
Until then, assume that a large share of people who trade these products lose money, and plan on that basis.
Risks that come from software
Rule-based software does exactly what its rules say, which is not always what you meant. The main risks are these.
- Wrong rules. A rule that worked in the past may fail now. Past results, back-tests and simulations are not a guide to the future.
- Errors and bugs. Software can contain faults. A fault could place, miss or repeat an order.
- Connections. If your internet, our service or the broker’s platform is down, orders may not be sent, changed or closed when you expect.
- Slippage and gaps. The price you get can differ from the price you saw, especially around news and market opens.
- Costs. Spreads, financing charges and broker fees reduce results and apply whether you win or lose.
You control the risk per trade and you can halt new orders with one click. That limits some risks. It does not remove them.
Simulations and examples
Charts, calculators and simulations on this site are educational. They are illustrative, not live data and not a prediction. They use simple numbers to show an idea, such as how much a gain you need to recover from a loss. Real trading has costs, delays and emotions that these tools leave out.
Advertising disclosure
Xevzaxoruli is a software vendor and marketing affiliate. We receive rebates and referral fees from partner brokers. You can read more on the page about how we make money. This is why you should weigh what we say with care and read the broker’s own risk warning.
No advice
We do not know your finances, goals or experience. What we publish is general information. It is not investment, tax or legal advice and not a recommendation to trade any product. If you need advice, speak to a qualified adviser who is regulated in your country.
Who holds your money
Xevzaxoruli never holds your money. Where trading is offered, your funds sit with an executing broker that must be licensed for your country. If that broker fails, what happens to your money depends on its licence, the rules where it is regulated and where your funds are held. Ask the broker for this in writing before you deposit.
Brokers named on this site are executing brokers. Check each one’s licence before you deposit.
Availability
Availability depends on where you are. Access is restricted in some countries and that may change. Where trading is offered it is only through an executing broker licensed for your country. If we cannot offer you the service, you will not be able to reach the site or join the list.
